Who is sending

What you are consenting to
Our enquiry form carries two separate checkboxes. Both are optional, neither is ticked for you, and you can give one without the other. Consent to messaging is not a condition of getting a quote or buying any service.
Service messages
If you tick the first box, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages about your outdoor project enquiry — quote requests, consultation scheduling, project updates, installation scheduling, estimates, invoices, and other account-related communication.
Marketing messages
If you tick the second box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages at the number you provided, which may include special offers, discounts and service updates.
If you text us first
The site has Text us buttons that open your own messaging app with a message already written. Sending one is your choice and it is you contacting us, so no consent checkbox is involved. We will reply by text about what you asked, and we will not add you to marketing messages on the strength of it — that needs the separate opt-in above. Standard carrier rates apply to any message you send.
If you do not consent
We will still reply to your enquiry — by phone or email, using the details you gave us. Leaving both boxes unticked does not stop us getting back to you.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your project. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We do not charge for messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also withdraw consent at any time by calling 905-327-5350. Withdrawal requests are actioned promptly and at no cost to you, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
Your number is used to contact you about your enquiry and, if you consented to it, to send marketing messages. We do not sell it. How we handle personal information generally is set out in our privacy policy.
Our Services
ModuPros Outdoor provides the services described on this website. The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm ModuPros Outdoor or anyone else.
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — belongs to ModuPros Outdoor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
ModuPros Outdoor operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
- How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (905) 327-5350. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ModuPros Outdoor is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
- How to opt out. Text STOP to (905) 327-5350 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
- How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at 905-327-5350. Full support details are at the end of these Terms.
- Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
- Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in Canada. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModuPros Outdoor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The services themselves are governed by the quote, estimate, or written agreement for your specific job.
Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
