Hardscaping is an unregulated trade. There is no licence, no standard method, and no price control — anyone with a truck and a shovel can call themselves a hardscaper. The homeowner has no way to know what they are getting until it is already in the ground and too late to check.
Hardscape Niagara has been building in Niagara for 30 years. ModuPros is what came out of that: a fixed catalogue of 165 standard components, one documented install standard every crew builds to, one price list, and one warranty. The same job costs the same twice, and the number is available at the kitchen table rather than three weeks later.
That is the whole idea. Not a new style of backyard — a way of producing one where the parts are known before anybody starts digging.
