- Warranty covers installation defects only — not manufacturer defects.
- Covers moving or settling pavers — not chipped, broken, or cracked pavers.
- Prices are subject to change up to 10% per year. Customers are notified before work starts.
- If the programme lapses, coverage on future work ends. Work already completed is never clawed back.
- Rejoin at any time, following an inspection.
